Easily book your moving bin rental online anytime through our website.  Our online booking system is simple, fast, and available 24/7, so you can select your rental dates, choose the number of bins, and finish your order in just a few clicks. If you prefer to speak with someone or have specific questions, no problem our friendly customer service team is always happy to help via email or over the phone.

We recommend booking your bins at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability for your expected moving dates. By booking early you will have peace of mind and helps us schedule your delivery and pickup smoothly. If you need us last-minute, don’t worry—contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

We do have a minimum bin rental of 15 bins and a minimum rental period of 2 weeks. There is no maximum for bins or duration required. These amounts have been determined based on our experience. Whether you’re moving a small studio or a large office, we’re flexible and try our best to accommodate your requirements. Our packages are designed based on industry standards of typical moves in each category. If you feel the packages don’t fit your needs, there is also always the custom option.

We do require a deposit to secure your booking. Simply complete your order online, and your booking will be confirmed once payment is processed. This makes it simple and hassle-free to reserve the bins you need for your move. 

Once your booking is complete and payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. This email will include your rental dates, the number of bins reserved, and important information about delivery and pickup. If you don’t receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us to ensure your booking went through successfully.

How Many Bins Will I Need

We make it simple to  determine the right number of  bins for your specific situation. Whether you’re moving a family home or an office, you’ll find helpful guidance on average quantities, package options, and the flexibility to order more bins if needed.

As a general guide, a bachelor apartment or studio typically requires around 15-20 bins, while larger homes or offices may need more. If you’re unsure, you can go to the packages section on the website and check out what we recommend based on your homes size. You can also start with a smaller order and easily add more bins if needed.

For a typical Calgary family home, the average number of bins usually ranges between 50 and 65. Factors such as how many items need packing, can also affect this number. Smaller homes or apartments may require fewer bins, while larger homes with more belongings will need more. Keep in mind that you can also choose a custom package specific to your situation to make sure you have enough bins without overordering.

Yes, we offer convenient home packages that include a set number of bins tailored to different move sizes. Whether you’re moving a small apartment or a large family home, our packages to the guesswork out for you. Yes, you can absolutely order more bins later if you find you need extra during your move. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order, including delivery or self pickup dates. We will prepare your bins and arrange delivery according to your chosen dates. If you have any questions or need to make changes, you can simply do this all online. You can then focus on planning your move while we take care of getting the bins to you on time.

We do prefer that you are home when the bins are delivered, but it depends on your specific delivery instructions and location. The reason for this is to ensure your bins are placed safely inside or in a garage out of the elements and so that we can review anything at that time. Being available during delivery can help ensure everything goes smoothly.

Yes, we send reminders every step of the way to help keep your move on track. You’ll receive notifications via email or text a day or two before your scheduled dates, so you’re always prepared. If you need to make any last-minute changes, you can do that all online. These reminders make the process hassle-free and ensure nothing is overlooked.

Yes, you can always make changes to your order after booking, such as adjusting the number of bins or changing delivery and pickup dates and you can do it all online.  We’ll do our best to accommodate your requests. Please keep in mind that some changes may be subject to availability, especially if your move date is fast approaching. We’re here to help make your moving experience as smooth as possible.

If you find you need to reschedule your delivery or pickup, simply hop online as soon as you can and let us know. We’ll work with you to find a new date that fits your schedule. We always recommend giving us at least 24-48 hours’ notice to ensure availability. While we always do our best to accommodate all requests, last-minute changes may be limited depending on availability. Our goal is to make your move as flexible and hassle-free as possible.

Rental pricing really depends on the number of bins you need and the length of your rental period. We offer very competitive pricing with options to fit moves of all sizes. Feel free to obtain a quote by choosing the package that best suits your needs and the pricing will appear in the subtotal. 

Yes, we do have a minimum rental period to ensure you have enough time for your move. Our standard minimum rental period is typically 2 weeks (14 days). The reason for this as our experience has shown us that most people require at least a week to pack and a week to unpack. Average rentals are 1 month. If you need the bins for a longer period, you can simply add on to your existing rental period. Our goal is to provide flexibility while making sure you have enough time to pack and move comfortably.

Our standard rental period is typically one month in duration and sometimes slightly longer. Life happens and people are busy. You will want to give yourself ample time to pack, move, and unpack at your own pace. If you need more time, we offer flexible extensions to accommodate your schedule. Should your move take less time than you thought, just let us know, keeping in mind our minimum rental is 2 weeks. Returning the bins early is simple and hassle-free. We aim to provide a rental period that suits your unique moving needs.

Yes, you can extend your rental if you need more time to complete your move. Just hop online before your original rental period ends and add more time. We’ll be happy to arrange an extension for you. Extensions may be subject to availability and additional fees, but we strive to be as flexible as possible to accommodate you.
